1 bag of fresh spinach (cleaned and dried)
Balsamic vinegar
Walnuts (almonds or pecans)
Mandarin oranges (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet reduce balsamic vinegar by half over high until thickened and flavor becomes sweet.
Pour over fresh spinach, toss together until leaves are well coated then add nuts and mandarin oranges if desired.
