Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

3 cans of artichoke hearts
1 pkg. of cream cheese
4 dollops of mayo
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Fresh parmesan to sprinkle on top
tsp of salt
Fresh cracked pepper if desired
Table water crackers

Soften cream cheese in small Pyrex in microwave.
Add mayo, and mix together.
Then add 1 cups of parmesan and salt.
Stir together.
Slice artichoke hearts in and combine into mixture, fold in until well coated.
Sprinkle fresh grated parmesan on top and fresh cracked pepper if desired.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot with crackers of your choice.
