2 cups Biscuit Mix
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t double action baking powder
1 cup broken walnuts
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Start heating oven 350º. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan. Stir biscuit mix with oats, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add to this all other ingredients. With spoon beat hard for 30 seconds. Turn into loaf pan. Bake one hour or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool.
