1 egg
3 t sugar
3 t butter
2/3 cup milk
1 t cream of tartar
1/2 t soda
2 3/4 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and sugar and butter. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix as for biscuits on board. Roll out as thick pie crust. Bake on cookie sheet. Score part way through and bake about 20 minutes at 325º.
