1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (1 bag)
1 stick butter
2 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
cup green onions
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Plain potato chips



Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above except butter and chips. Crunch up some plain chips in a zip lock bag and spread on top of potatoes then melt your butter and pour over top of chips. Cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
