4 cans white shoe peg corn
1 stick butter
1 block Neufchatel cheese (can substitute with cream cheese)
1 small can chopped jalapenos – I never measure the amount but normally use about half the can.)



Directions:

Mix together. Put in the oven until melted and hot.
