2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilies
˝-1 cup onion
2-4 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup shredded cheese
8 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and cream of chicken in separate bowl. Boil chicken and chop or shred. Sauté onions in butter and chili powder. Add chicken, green chilies, and a few tablespoons of cream mixture and stir well, add more onion, chilies, chili powder and salt/pepper if needed. Place even amounts of chicken mixture on each tortilla, fold tightly and place seam side down. Once all tortillas are in pan, pour remaining cream mixture over them, cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese on top, finish baking another 5 minutes until cheese melted
