Elbow macaroni
Saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
Large cut of Hoop cheese, shredded (red rind cheese)



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil noodles. In a casserole dish start layering noodles, thin layer of crushed crackers, cheese. Repeat until pan is full. Top with cheese. Beat eggs in milk and pour over top of cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and the milk mixture is almost absorbed. Check after 15 minutes, if not done start checking after every 5 minutes to make sure dish doesn’t dry out.
