5 lg. onions, thinly sliced
˝ cup butter
1-2 sleeves Ritz Round Crackers, crushed
˝ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter in a large skillet for 15-20 minutes over medium heat. Then place ˝ of onions in medium size baking pan, top with ˝ of crackers and ˝ of cheese. Then repeat this for a second layer. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
