2-packages Maple Sausage
2 apples (your choice of which kind)
1 onion chopped
9 pieces of dried bread or one package of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of basil
1 egg
1 1/4 can of chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Sausage till golden brown.

2. Add chopped apples and onions and cook for 10 minutes or until the apples and onions are soft. Add other ingredients and stir.

3. Place into 13x9 baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour @350.Take cover off and continue to bake @400 for another 10- 15 minutes.

4.It can be prepared the night before, covered and placed in the fridge and baked the next day for holidays or other events if needed
