Mix together:
2 tbsp. melted and cooled butter
1 egg – beaten
1/3 cup orange juice
¼ cup water
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Sift together (dry mixture)
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1-3/4 tsp baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. soda



Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first five ingredients and add to dry mixture. When mixed add 2 cups chopped cranberries and ¾ cup of nuts. Line and grease loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes or check after 1 hour.
