Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c plus 4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c Crisco
1 tsp vanilla
1 6 oz bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake @ 350º for 8 minutes. I like to refrigerate at least a couple hours or overnight before I bake.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I will mix up cookies but not have time to bake them so I will divide the dough up and roll into "logs" about 10 - 12 inches long. Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil and put them into a plastic bag. I mark what it is, put the temp and how long to bake (may need to add a couple minutes). Freeze and pull out when you need to have a batch of fresh cookies.
