1 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 large can peaches with juice


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9x13 Pyrex dish and pour in peaches. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over peaches. Bake until golden.
