Dessert:
1 16 oz can pumpkin
1/2 tsp dried ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1/2 c sugar
1 quart vanilla ice cream (+ some), softened

Crust:
Grahm Crackers
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dessert ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 pan over a grahm cracker crust. Freeze.
