1 large pumpkin
1/2 large onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp sugar
1 t salt
3 eggs
pinch of pepper

Use your favorite pie crust recipe

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove seeds, peel off outside,of the pumpkin cut into strips and shred in chopper not too fine
2. add all the other ingredients to the pumpkin
3. assemble your favorite pie crust recipe and roll it out into a circle
4. Pour the mixture in the center of the unfolded pie crust leaving a 2-inch border. Fold up the uncovered border over the edge of the pumpkin and leave the middle open..
5. bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min. Or until crust is brown
