1 Can Cannellini Beans
1 Tablespoon liquid of Cannellini Beans
1/4 Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
1/2 Teaspoon of lemon Zest
Dash of Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Reserve 1 tablespoon of the cannelini beans liquid
Rinse and drain cannellini Beans
1 garlic peel
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper
Drop all ingredients into a food processor
Blend while adding the 2 tablespoon of olive oil slowly
Blend until all ingredients are incorporated and is in semi chunk consistency
Serve in a bowl sprinkle with paprika and garnish with lemon rind

I enjoy adding my own touch in the recipe, I know its available
in markets but I prefer to know what's in it and that its fresh (don't you?)
Here is my Hummus version with just a few ingredients.
I do not use Tahini paste I don't like the taste of the smell.
This is how I created this recipe to my liking.
