16 thin slices bread
1/2 lb. Canadian bacon, sliced
3 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
6 - 8 eggs
3 c. milk
chopped onion
chopped mushrooms
chopped green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put this dish together the night before. Cut crusts from bread and arrange 8 slices in bottom of lightly buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle half of the cheese over bread. Arrange bacon slices on bread. Place remaining bread on top of bacon. Sprinkle mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and cheese. Combine eggs and milk and beat lightly. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pan. Let stand overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
