2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 t vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
2 t cinnamon
1 t soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 baking powder
1 cup nuts or raisins
1/2 cup cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil and grated zucchini, blend well. Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture. Add nuts if desired. Stir and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. This very moist so do not over bake. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
