3 cooked chicken breast
2 cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup SR flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breast until tender. Can cook ahead of time in crock pot if you want to. Shred chicken and put in 8 x 10 baking pan or dish. Combine chicken broth and cream of chicken soup and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken.. Stir buttermilk, self rising flour and melted butter together. Spread over chicken mixture. Will be thick but you can still spread with spoon, Bake at 425 degrees until bubbly and top is brown. Let cool about 10 minutes.

I have used 2 cans of chunk chicken, drained, before when I didn't have time to cook chicken but recipe is best with fresh chicken. It is still good and fast.
