Sauce
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1 lb can chopped tomatoes
1 12 oz can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano

8 oz lasagna noodles
1 lb whole milk ricotta cheese
8 oz mozzarella shredded cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a sauce pan brown the ground beef and onion in the oil.
2. add the rest of the sauce ingredients mix well and let simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the lasagna noodles, drain and set aside
4. in a 13"x 9"x 2" pan or larger Start filling it up.
First with a layer of the lasagna sauce, then noodles and finally cheese.
3 layers of each usually completes all the ingredients

Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving
