1 qt large cucumbers cut in cubes
1 qt small cucumbers left whole
1 qt green tomatoes chopped fine
1 large cauliflower broken in small pieces
1 qt onions sliced
1 qt water
1 c salt

Dressing
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/4 pt mustard
1/4 c flour
1 c sugar or to taste
1 qt vinegar
2 tsp turmeric

Directions:

Wash vegetables & pour over them a weak brine of water & salt. Let stand 24 hrs. Bring to boil in same solution. Drain. Make the dressing and put all together. Put in sterilized canning jars.
