1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2 yeast cakes dissolved in 1/4 c warm water
5 c flour

Mix. Let rise twice in size. Mix & let rise again. Cut out on floured board & let rise. Then fry
