1 pt milk
1 tbs butter
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 yeast cake
1 c lukewarm water
7 or 8 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk & pour over butter. Add sugar and salt, stir until dissolved. Soften yeast in water. Add 7 - 8 cups flour. Raise until double in bulk. Knead and roll out 1/2 in thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Put a piece of butter the size of a pea in center and fold over. Place in greased pan leaving room for them to raise without touching. Brush top with milk. Bake 20 min.
