Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 Onion
2 T. Butter
2 Clove Garlic , crushed
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste

1 can cream of Mushroom soup
2 Tsp. curry powder
1 - 1lb package frozen cooked and shelled shrimp
1/4 cup raisins

4T. sour cream
Few Drops of lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, butter, garlic, salt and pepper until onion is browned

Add soup, curry, shrimp and raisins

Stir the sour cream and a few drops of lemon shortly before serving

Serve over your favorite rice
