3 888 oz packages cream cheese
1 cups of sugar
1 pt sour cream
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
1 t lemon juice

Graham cracker crust:
1 package graham crackers
1 T sugar
2 T butter
1 t cinnamon
coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Crush graham crackers in a Cuisinart. Add melted butter, sugar and cinnamon. Pulse until combined. Press Ito a 10" spring form pan. Sprinkle crust with coconut flakes.

Cream cheese and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Add sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Pour over crust in spring form pan.

This is really good with cherry pie filling on the top. When Michael was young, his grandmother Edith served cheesecake to him without the cherries. He was very young and started crying, because there were no cherries. Edith, being the consummate grandmother wanted to rush out and buy some cherries. Michael learned to eat cheesecake with no cherries.
