1/4 c sugar
3/4 c Karo syrup
1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Beat egg whites and salt with electric or rotary beater until soft peaks form. Add sugar, about 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth and glossy. Continue beating and add KaroŠ syrup, a little at a time, beating after each addition until frosting peaks. Fold in vanilla.
