24 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed and drained
2½ c. half and half
½ c. butter
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tbsp. instant dried onion or minced fresh
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Put potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pyrex dish. Sprinkle salt and onion over the top, then Parmesan cheese. Heat half and half and butter together on low heat until butter melts. Pour over the potatoes. Bake, uncovered, one hour.
