5-6 lbs, Boston pork butt
2 large onions
1 cup ginger ale
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice one large onion. Place in bottom of crockpot. Put pork butt on top of onions. Thinly slice the second large onion on top of the pork. Pour 1 cup of ginger ale over pork. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove pork. Remove onions and liquid. Drain. Throw away liquid. Return pork and onions to crockpot. Add as much BBQ sauce as desired. Heat for about 30 minutes.
