3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 cup dates
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add sifted dry ingredients. Then fold in dates and nuts. Turn into greased baking pan.Bake in 350º oven in pan of hot water for 1 hour. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream.
