Bottom Layer:
1 cup unsifted flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Middle Layer:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 9 oz carton of frozen non-dairy whipped topping (divided)

Top Layer:
1 large (6oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 large (6oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 cups cold milk

Mix bottom layer ingredients until crumb like. Press mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool. For middle layer, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of whipped topping. Spread over cooled bottom later. For top layer beat milk into mixes until smooth and thickened. Spread over middle layer. Spread with remaining whip topping. Can be decorated with grated chocolate bar. Cover & refrigerate overnight.
