Spicy Tomato Snapper Recipe

5 oz. snapper
8 oz. tomatoes
1 t minced onion
1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 t rosemary
1/8 t sage
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t mustard powder
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t ground ginger

Preheat 1/4 c water in large skillet over med-high heat
Cut tomatoes in fairly large chunks
Place tomatoes and spices in skillet and stir well
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes
Stir and simmer a couple more minutes
Carve out a spot in the middle for the fish & lay it in the pan
Cover and cook 3 minutes
Flip fish
Cover and cook 3 more minutes
