1/4 can spinach
1 can/jar of artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise (never 'light' mayonnaise)
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
8 oz cream cheese
3 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a oven safe serving bowl.

Strain and drain spinach. Wrap with paper towel to help remove excess liquid. Use only 3-4 Tbs of spinach.

Strain artichoke and remove excess liquid. Dice.

Heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 - 45 seconds until soft.

Combine all ingredients in pre-greased oven safe bowl. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with pita or bagel chips.
