6 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits
½ c butter
2 c confectioner's sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together chocolate bits and butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

Change the vanilla extract to rum (or any other extract) for a change of pace.

I make this for work functions that involve ice cream. It always goes over REALLY well.

I once had a caretaker for Joshua who watched him for a weekend. I made a batch right before I left. When I came home, she thanked me for the 'pudding' and there was none left.
