1½ lb ground beef
1 lb can kidney beans, drained
1 can (10¾ oz) tomato soup
1 med onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
2 c mashed potatoes
1 egg
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, add onion and cook til just barely translucent. Add beans, soup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and salt. Place in a 1 ½ quart casserole. Combine potatoes, egg and cheese. Swirl around outer edge of the casserole.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
