3.5 oz. shrimp (or scallops)
6 cloves garlic, crushed
24 oz. whole peeled tomatoes with liquid, chopped
1.5 T salt
1 t crushed red pepper flakes
1 T chopped fresh parsley

Sauté garlic over medium heat in a nonstick skillet
When garlic starts to sizzle, pour in tomatoes
Season with salt and red pepper
Bring to a boil
Lower heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring occasionally
Cook shrimp (or scallops) in nonstick pan for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp turn pink
Add shrimp to tomato mixture and stir in parsley
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce just begins to bubble
