2 - 12 oz bottles of seafood cocktail sauce
1 - 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes, original flavor, drained
1/2 c chopped white onion
2-3 jalapeņo peppers, chopped fine
1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
2-3 lbs boiled shrimp, peeled and cut into large chunks
2-3 avacados
Fritos Scoops corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except avacados and corn chips, in a large bowl. Cover and chill overnight. When ready to use, dice the avacados and gently mix into the cocktail. Serve with chips.
