Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Sauce:
1/2 c chili sauce
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
1 tsp chopped Serrano pepper
1/4 c lime juice
1 c Clamato juice

Vegetables:
1/2 c tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 c white onion, diced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 c cilantro, chopped 1/2 tsp salt

Seafood:
1 avacado, peeled and diced
1/2 c New Mexican Chile (Hatch; Anaheim works too), roamed, peeled, and diced
1/2 lb shrimp, boiled and peeled
1/2 lb Texas lump crabmeat.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce ingredients well and set aside.
Mix vegetables and combine with sauce mixture.
Gently fold in the seafood ingredients. Chill and serve with tortilla chips
