3 lbs. pork roast, trim all the fat
1 lb. pinto beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-7 oz. can diced green chilies
3 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 T. oregano
1 T. salt
cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and cover with water.
Simmer for 6 hours.
remove the bone and break up the meat.
Continue cooking with lid off until thick.
Serve on tostada shells with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sour cream and shredded cheese.
