10 ounces frozen spinach thawed, squeezed and drained
5 eggs beaten
2 ½ c cheese - any kind
1 t dried minced onion
¼ t garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
Combine all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes or until edges start to brown.
