Ingredients:  
2 T shortening
3 T flour
3 c chicken stock
2 cans diced tomatoes
canned or fresh green chilies
garlic powder
oregano
cumin
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown flour and shortening, add stock, tomatoes and chilies. Add spices to taste. Simmer 1 hour.

Chili is red in color. Adding boiled tomatillos with onion/blend, increases flavor.
