4 8 oz bone-in pork loin chops
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1/3 c Dijon mustard
3 tbsp unsweetened apple juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put chops in a large plastic zip-lock bag set in a shallow dish. Stir together brown sugar, mustard, apple juice and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth. Pour 2/3 of sauce over chops in bag. Seal bag and massage to coat. Chill 4 to 24 hours. Cover and chill remaining sauce.
2. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat (325 to 375). Remove chops from bag, shaking off and discarding excess marinade. Lightly oil grate and add chops. Cover grill and cook, basting occasionally with reserved sauce. 5 to 7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in centers registers 145. Remove from grill and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
