Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook the rice according to directions, when the rice is cooked add the raisins and cool
2. In a pan brown the onion in the butter
3. add the rice and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste
4. stuff a chicken with the dressing and roast at 350 for 2 1/2 hours
5. pull the dressing out of the chicken before the chicken has completed cooking so the dressing can brown.
