1 box instant lemon pudding mix
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
1 can pineapple chunks
Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk pudding mix into the juice from the oranges and pineapple.
2. Fold in fruit.
3. Fold in Cool Whip. *You can also stir in about a cup of miniature marshmallows if desired.
4. Store in refrigerator.
