30 Medium to Large shrimp - peeled and deveined
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Teaspoon kosher salt
Teaspoon ground black pepper
Cup of Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over low to medium heat. Toss the shrimp in a bowl with the remaining olive oil. Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, and whipping cream; set aside for 10 minutes. Cook over low to medium heat until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve over Rice or Linguine noodles.

Although, this was defiantly not my first time feeling this way. Every time I found myself out of work or not involved in the corporate world I was cooking. If not for everyone around me, my co-workers (old and new, past and present) it just made sense to stop being a part of something that could always let me down or go at the snap of a finger, allowing my life to come to a standstill; but WHY?
