30 Medium to Large shrimp - peeled and deveined
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 Cloves garlic, minced
½ Teaspoon kosher salt
¼ Teaspoon ground black pepper
½ Cup of hipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over low to medium heat. Toss the shrimp in a bowl with the remaining olive oil. Add melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper, and whipping cream; set aside for 10 minutes. Cook over low to medium heat until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or linguine noodles.

Although this was definitely not my first time feeling this way, every time I found myself out of work or not involved in the corporate world, I was cooking. If not cooking for everyone around me, I was cooking for my co-workers (past and present). So, it just made sense to stop being a part of an environment, mindset, or people that always let me down, or STOP at the snap of a finger, allowing my life to come to a standstill; but WHY?
