Vinaigrette -
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
2 T chopped fresh basil
2 T brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Salad -
10 oz bag of baby spinach
1/2 c candied almonds or pecans
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 c chopped grape tomatoes
4 oz tomato/basil feta cheese
1 1/2 c chopped apple
8 oz bow tie pasta (cooked, drained & cooled)

Directions:
Directions:
Vinaigrette - whisk all the ingredients together. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Salad - add all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. When ready to serve, toss with viniaigrette.
