8 medium tomatoes
2 10oz pkg frozen spinach (chopped)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 green onions (chopped)
2 eggs
1 T melted butter
1/2 t thyme
1/2 t accent
1/4 t garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste

Cut top from tomatoes and remove pulp. Sprinkle inside shells with salt, drain. Cook spinach according to package, drain. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients. Spoon into tomatoes. Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
