1 lb. Fettuccini
2 eggs
1/2 pint of heavy cream
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil fettuccini in salt water according to package directions.
Drain and replace in pan over lowest heat.
Lightly beat eggs.
Mix in cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour egg mixture and a handful of Parmesan cheese over the hot noodles, toss gently to coat well.

Remove from heat and serve.
