Beef Enchiladas Recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef
l large onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can or jar of mild enchilada sauce or spicy depending on your taste
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 can evaporated milk
velvetta cheese
18 flour tortillas

Brown ground beef and onion.

Mix: mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, green chilies and evaporated milk.

Grease casserole pan, line with cut flour tortillas.
Pour some of mixture over tortillas.
Add velveeta cheese, more tortillas, more mixture, more cheese etc.
End with cheese on top.
Refrigerate over night.
Bake @ 350 till light bubbles in middle.
