Pie Crust:

1 C. Flour
1/2 C. shortening
1/4 C. water

Peach Pie:

3/4 to 1 C. sugar
2-3 T flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Pie Crust:

Blend flour, shortening, water. Roll out pie crust and lay in bottom of pan.


Pie:

Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and pour into pie crust.

Dot with butter.

Lay another sheet of pie crust on top and pinch sides together. Cut slots into top of pie crust.


Bake at 400º till done.Crust is a golden brown.
